ADOPTED- KORRA – 3 yrs 12lbs Tri Color Female Shiba Inu

in Adopted Shibas

This tiny dancer is KORRA. She is a wee Shiba at 12lbs, 3yrs old and is currently in Orlando. Korra is both crate and house trained, and walks well on a leash. Her current owner has stated as Korra being ok with toddlers but its unknown how she feels about cats. She used to go to the dog park, however, doesn’t like to share her home with other dogs because she is territorial (aka resource guards) around food. This is an issue we feel only a very experienced person with resource guarding could work through so she is listed as needing to be the only dog in her future home. The reason Korra needs to a new home is because her current owners have moved into smaller living arrangements and working longer hours not allowing for sufficient time and space for Korra to flourish. She isn’t fully vetted so we would need her foster to adopt family to get her to the necessary appointments at our vet location; however, no worries, SIRF always covers all preauthorized vetting costs. All SIRF dogs are fully vetted before adoption. If you fit the criteria and are interested please fill out our online application https://form.jotform.com/210006626391144 – If you currently have an application in with us please message us at info@shibainurescueflorida.org and let us know you are interested. All SIRF Shibas are available on a foster to adopt contract!
